North Korea fired artillery shells on to an island of South Korea earlier in the afternoon today. At least two people were killed and many others were left injured.

A presidential statement released vowed for retaliation. It said "Our military...will sternly retaliate against any further provocations".

Instead of just shooting back at their noisy Northern neighbours, here's what Seoul can do instead.

1. Ask Japan, China, Russia and US to help bomb North Korea.

2. Request China to cut all supplies to North Korea.

3. Borrow some nuclear bombs from Iran.

4. Useless six-party talks to be restarted.

5. Send the president down for peace treaty talks.

6. Send Obama down for negotiations cum lecturing.

7. Send China down to pretend to talk.

8. Send SNSD down to talk to North Korean soldiers.

9. Send KARA down as well.

10. Ok, let's add After School, Brown Eyed Girls, 4minute, 2NE1 and f(x) too.

11. Ask China to ban NK from the Asian Games and confiscate all their medals.

12. Ban them for the next 50 years.

13. Ask all potential tourists to boycott visiting NK.
