World Cup tips

If you need some cash to spend for the current Great Singapore Sale (GSS), there is a great opportunity for you to earn (or win) some now. What better time than now can the World Cup arrive? There are 64 matches for one to choose from. You don't have to put your money on every single game, just analyse and pick a few worthy ones

However, for the sake of choice and variety, I have done some research and here are some tips for you to consider for the first four matches. The matches listed below are in date order

South Africa vs Mexico

Tip: South Africa to beat Mexico 2: 0 (Match No.: 0701, Bet Type: 04, Selection No.: 20, $9)

South Africa are the hosts and this is the first game of the tournament. Even the non-football fan like your girlfriend, wife or mother will agree that South Africa will win it for the sake of "face". Mexico are no strong team so scoring two goals in front of the home crowd shouldn't be an issue for the hosts

France vs Uruguay

Tip: Goalless Stalemate (Match No.: 0702, Bet Type: 04, Selection No.: 00, $8.50)

Two of the most boring teams at this World Cup playing each other equals boring score. Anyway, both also drew 0:0 when they last met eight years ago, coincidentally in a World Cup Group A match as well. History willshould repeat itself

South Korea vs Greece

Tip: Neither team will clear handicap (Match No.: 0703, Bet Type: 02, Selection No.: 01, $1.14)

$1.14 for South Korea not losing by two goals is acceptable but ridiculously low if you are hoping to win some money. Why not bet with your friends for this match? The odds would definitely be better. You can take 0.5 ball for Greece if your friend happens to be a Kpop fan

Argentina vs Nigeria

Tip: Argentina to score three goals (Match No.: 0704, Bet Type: 05, Selection No.: 03, $3.50)

Argentina have fine players with good technique so scoring two or three goals as a warm-up for their World Cup campaign shouldn't be a problem. The main thing is that if Nigeria happens to score first or equalize. There will be more or less some impact on the Argentinians but they will still win it with a second goal. And 2:1 means 3 goals in total as well
